Domestic Shipping

Canada: 5-8 business days

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note: We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Bath Salts 

  • Body Scrubs

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

  • Open Essential Oils with broken seals

Conditions of Return Outside of Damaged or
Wrong Item(s) Received

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Outside of damaged items and/or wrong item(s) received, buyer will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus the shipping charge if order was originally shipped with free shipping.
